All that option does is to remove it from the Start menu and from the
default mail handler. It is still installed.

| My apologies, I thought you could go into Control Panel, Add or Remove
| Programs, Add/Remove Windows components and then uncheck Outlook
| Express. Guess I was wrong then. Sorry.
