how to convert pub 2000 file to Word 2000 and also web page

I have a document in Publisher 2000 that I want to convert to MS Word 2000. I
also need the file converted for a website. How do I do this?

You really can't convert to Word. You can try a copy and paste tho.

Pub files aren't designed to be converted to Word files. Though a little more
compatibility exists in the more recent versions.
As for a web you'll see 'convert to web' under the File menu. You can
reference the Help section on this.

Is converting the Pub file to pdf an option? If so it will give you a
quality reproduction without the cumbersome Copy, Paste method.

There are many pdf creating programs from free to very eXPensive. Many here
like the free PrimoPDF. My preference is the modestly priced PDF-XChange
Pro.

Publication"
