How to copy an attachment in VCF format from an email and copy to contacts folder automaticaly pleas

Hello,I need help, I receive many emails day whith *.vcf (outlook
contacts) as attachment,I have no idea about Macros, ¿How can I do an
VB macro that read emails, if email has an *.vcf attachment then copy
this vcf to contacts folder automaticaly?
