How to copy Calendar from Personal Folder?

I'm a newbie with Exchange.

How can I copy (or synchronize) Calendar & Contact
entries in Personal Folder to my mail file on the
Exchange Server?

I forot to advise you that I'm using Outlook 2003,
Exchange 2003 and Windows XP Pro
