How to Copy Calendar Items on Exchange Server to Local Machine

My current calendar is on exchange server going back many years. I
want to copy all of that onto to local calendar in Entourage. How do
I do that for thousands of items? I still want the items to stay on
the exchange server.

when viewing the calendar, in the left hand column, under 'calendar
views' select 'all events'. This will display a list of all events and
you can select contiguous blocks of events with a shift-click or
non-contiguous events with a command-click.

When you have selected the events you want to move drag them to the 'on
my computer' calendar while holding down the option key to copy rather
than move.

Thanks Barry, but under the Calendar list there is no option for views
or all events. I am using Entourage 2008.

I finally found it. I thought the view button was for the local
machine only since it was below it. Works great. Thanks.

Be aware that all events view is not just all events on one calendar that is selected but all calendars listed on the left hand side. So if you select the Exchange account then click on all events it will show all events on both the Exchange account and your my computer account. Then if you copy you could end up with duplicates.
