How to copy color style from an image?

Hi All,

I have an image (with different shades) which i have copied to Visio.
I want to draw a basic flowchart with different shapes like rectangle,
rhombus etc.
Now i want to fill these boxes with the same color as the image.
Can anyone please help me in doing this?

An idea is to use tool button like a paint brush( or Shift + Ctrl + P ), this
is copy of format. But this function copies not only color but also other
formats such as line type etc..

Another idea is to use shapesheet, to copy cell values in the fill format
section, but this takes much labor.

Other idea is to use theme colors. You can make your own theme color. And
then you can apply your theme color in one push.

Hi,

Can you please elaborate more on using shift+ctrl+p, because when i try to
use this format tool to copy on a rectangle, no formattting is done.

You can paste format to not only one shape but also to many shapes, if you
sweep around them.
