how to copy excel speadsheet to VISIO. Can anyone help?

I get one paragraph of text. I would like the speadsheet to display the same
way in VISIO ie with same colums.Thanks

Hm,

I usually get the "embedded Excel object" when I paste what has been cut
from Excel. Ie: it's a real chunk of Excel data and looks like Excel, etc.

You might try Edit > Paste Special instead of just Ctrl + V. This gives you
a dialog with a few options for how you'd like to paste the clipped data.
