How to copy files from Onedrive account to another

Hi all
I need to copy large amounts of files at once from Onedrive account to another with an option to limit the upload speed to prevent consuming our bandwidth while the employees work!

To copy files between OneDrive accounts and limit upload speed, install the OneDrive desktop app, select and copy the files from the source account, and paste them into the destination account to limit the upload speed, use third-party tools such as NetLimiter or NetBalancer. Alternatively, use cloud-to-cloud migration tools such as Gs Richcopy 360, Cloudsfer, or MultCloud that offer built-in bandwidth throttling options.

I already tried the trial version Gs Richcopy 360 for 2 days, It works fine, and has the option to copy from onedrive to onedrive , besides it offers the option for throttling bandwidth, it is great except it is a paid tool ! and so Cloudsfer, or MultCloud
