How to copy from websites and paste WITHOUT the formatting/urls

I need to often copy text from webpages and paste to onenote WITHOUT
preserving the formatting. I would like to paste it as plain text, (as when I
type in Notepad for example) and would also not like to have the url
mentioned).
Is that possible?

If you click "Tools">"Options">"Editing" then uncheck the option that reads
"Include link to soure when pasting..." that should disable the pasted from
feature when copying info. from the net.

As for automatically removing the formatting. The only way I know how is to
click the Paste Options button that appears below the pasted information,
immediately after it has been pasted from the internet, and select "Keep
text only"

I do not know of another way to do this.
