How to copy header/footer from DocA to DocB

I am copying multiple documents into a "master" document. I need the headers
and footers copied too, but have not been able to figure out how. Any
suggestions?
Thanks!

I should have added that I do not want the Master/SubDocument structure. The
idea is to build one document from several "sample" documents. The client is
an attorney. He has about 30 "sample" documents and normally needs 2 to 5 of
these to include in any new case he deals with. After building this "master"
document, my program will do search/replace code to fill in all the current
client information.

You will need to have each document go into a separate Section in which the
headers and footers are unlinked from the previous section.

Thank you for this link. It was very helpful. I had already told my client
that there was no way to do what we wanted to do because of the research I
had already done. This link you gave me has changed my mind. I have coded
what I needed and now all documents are coming into the Case Document with
the correct formatting.
