how to copy public folder contacts to an exchange mailbox of an active directory user

i have an exchange server 2003, visual studio.net c#

i want to copy contacts from the public folder to the contacts in the
mailbox of an active directory user...

can you help me please
or something that can help me....

You'd use the Copy method to make a copy of each item, then the Move method
to move that item to the target folder.
