Fonts are not 'in Word' -- they are files on your computer, normally in
c:\windows\fonts (but this is under your control -- you might have put them
elsewhere).
The simplest way to get them onto another computer is to install them from
wherever you got them from in the first place. (Not a Microsoft product in
this case.) Or drag the files from the fonts folder to a removable medium
like a thumb drive, and from there into the fonts folder on your new
computer. Bear in mind that there may be several files: normal, bold,
italic, etc.
