How to copy the permissions of a user to another

Hello,

I need to set all the group belongings, categories, permissions of one user
exactly the same as another one.
Is it possible to copy somewhere all these user settings from one user to
another one, in one shot?

You should be able to just add them to the same group and everything will
be the same - assuming you haven't made any user level permission changes,
which is generally considered a bad practice. If you have made user-level
changes, then it's a manual and tedious process.
