How to copy worksheet under Word bookmark

Hello all

I have a MS Excel 2000 workbook and a MS Word 2000 Document. I want to
copy a worksheet content in workbook to the bookmark in Word document.
Inside the Word document, I have different bookmarks for paste differnt
worksheets. I also want to keep the worksheet content format (like
font, font size, color etc). How can I do it?

Please give me some suggestions.
