Was using trial version. After 60 days, some of Word applications quit
working. Bought new software and installed as 'conversion'. Same problems.
Uninstalled everything related to office, restarted computer, then did
complete install from disk (with activation). Same problem. Very frustrating.
I can navigate the word documents with the arrow keys only (very difficult
in tables), Mouse arrow will show up correctly when moving over the page, but
a click causes nothing to happen. Mouse also cannot work on the scroll bar on
the side. Not having this problem with PowerPoint, just with Word. When I go
to close the word document, I get the same error message, with details below:
