how to correct unread emails counts when we switch users

L

Lin

When I log off as the user it shows how many unread e-mail messages are in my
inbox. But sometimes it gets the count wrong and it shows I have unread
emails, when I don't. I can log off and on, or read emails, but it won't
correct the problem.
Is there a solution?

My solution is to turn that notification off or edit the registry to correct
it.
