How To Count Colored Cells

Hello,

Being a novice at this sort of thing, I was hoping you may help me with a
problem.

If I have a worksheet with 15 cells in a column colored differently, how
would I go about counting the cells with the same color. For example, if 4
were red, 3 were yellow, 3 were green, and 5 were blue. I would like to
group them separately.

Appreciate your assistance.
