How to count the number of values that fall within a range

Hi Steve,
I am not sure if I understood you right, but maybe try something like this:

{=SUM(((A11:A300)>100)*((A11:A30)<200))} (array-entered)

you can use as many criteria as you wish ("*" means "AND" in this case) if
you need "OR" use "+" instead of "*"
