How to create a bubble chart with more than 2 variables.

I need to create a bubble chart for a job with (more than) three variables on excel.



But I haven't been able to successfully create one with more than two variables.



The variables are type of project, start date of project, and total cost of project.



If there's a way, or if there's something I'm missing, please respond.
