Hi, hope someone can help.
I'm trying to create a chart (or two) from multiple sheets.
Essentially it's for timesheets within a small advertising/marketing company. We would like to keep track of where peoples hours are being spent so we can charge them to clients more accurately.
So, let's say I have 3 sheets.
James, Paul and David.
On each there is a "job number" column, and "week number" across the top. Hours per week for each person are logged for every job code.
What I would like to do is create a chart for each person which details the amount of time they have spent on each job, per week. And perhaps one which amalagates the information from all staff and shows the jobs which we spend the most time on.
This is confusing me because everyone will have a different number of jobs they are/have worked on, which has to be cross-referenced against the week numbers.
I hope someone can get their head around what I'm trying to articulate here...
Any thoughts / help / suggestions / advice? Would be much obliged!
