how to create a com+ components(*.dll file) with the office xp Developer
edition?

how to use the *.DLL file in a MDB file?

You can build an ActiveX DLL using Visual Basic 6.0, but I don't think it
can be done just using Office Developer.
There may be other solutions available, though, if you'd care to share a bit
more about what you'd like to accomplish.
