I would like to create custom contact fields as pick lists that would be much
more useful than the limitations that Outlook and Business Contacts provide.
For years I have been using a great contact management program called Janna
Professional that allowed me to create and populate pick lists. This allow
me to have additional fields that I could use to sort my database in a much
more useful way, i.e. if I wanted to email to mechanical engineers in a SIC
code in CA who are listed as LEED certified. I curently have this
capability, however the software is no longer supported and has not been
updated for over 6 years. It was build with MS Access and has an Outlook
sync, however I cannot sync my pick list fields over to Outlook. I have over
5,000 contacts that I have personally made over my professional career tand I
would hate to lose the valuable additional information in the fields that I
created. Is their anyone who can provide me assistance??
