How to create a drop down-list to link to (open) other workbooks

I have a cell that I want a drop down list to goto (open)
another workbook, company a,b,c,d,e etc columnjan feb mar
apr, I want to be able to drop down and goto the company I
choose???

I hope this makes sence.

If you are talking about a Data>Validation dropdown list that will open
another workbook, you cannot do that, but will have to use VBA or some other
method, such as a hyperlink.
