How to create a field in outlook contact

hi,

can someone help me.. I would like to know how to create additional field in
outlook contact underneath phone numbers and deploy on the outlook 2003
client ?

I want to create is a field call "IpPhone". In our AD, that attribute is
already popolated into user field..
