how to create a form in word

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Hi--

I have a document that I would like to have the recipient be able to tab through the document to fill in the required information without being able to change the document.

Please help!

Not being familiar with the document I can't be sure but you may have to
start over again... You can't just plug "tabable" controls wherever you wish
into the flow a Word document. The Form has to be designed & built with
certain considerations in mind. You might have a look here:
