How to create a macro that gets infor from Exchange Server OR AD

Is there a way I can create a macro that will import my contacts from
exchange into my db?

Right now to get info from my exchange to my access db I go through the
steps of File>Get External Data>Import>
and so and until I find Exchange. Then I browse to the contact list I want
to import and then click on import.

I'm looking for a more automated, and more efficient way to do this.

Dear Dawg:

You also the option if you have read/write access on the particual
contact folder to get external Data, but instead of importing, you link
to it. Then you can run a query on the contact Data that you want to
import or change and this way it doesn't require a lot of coding to get
access to that data.
