how to create a multi-select list box

I am trying to create a list box where the user can select multiple options.
The field that I am creating is not the primary key so I cannot create a
many-to-many relationship in order to select. Is there an easier way to set
it up in both an Access data page and an Acess form? Thanks for any input!
