How to create a periodic date in 10 days repetitition?

That's my question, because I work 6 days and have 4 days off, then I'm not
able to repeat a date in 10 days, only dayly, weekly, monthly,...

For example I start working on moday november the 3rd and finish on 8th.
Then have 4 days off and start again on on 13th. There are 10 days between
them.
