how to create a phone directory on labels

I want to make a new phone direcotry list with lablels. I only want first
and last name and home phone and cell phone on the list so it will fit on
labels that I can put in my flip phone book. I need step by step
instructions on how to do this. Thanks.

First create and save your database. Next go to Tools, Letters and Mailings,
Mail Merge, and follow the directions on the right side. You would choose
Labels, and then just follow the steps. For your starting document go to
label options and select the size label you want. To select recipients,
choose the file you created. If you follow the steps, it's easy. You can
view your labels and make changes before you print them.

If you already have your information in a database, it might be easier to
format a report that prints labels without using Publisher. I believe that
the Report Wizard in Microsoft Access would be able to handle your needs.
