How to create a policy in Outlook 2007

How can I make every email that I send out to automatically bcc: myself?

How can I can make it to bcc: to myself everytime I send an email to a
specific recipent?

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Why would you need to do that when you have a copy that is saved in your
Sent Items? You then end up with two copies when you only need one.

What are you trying to accomplish?

It is a legal document and I need the backup copies
