How to Create a release candidate with Visual Source Safe 6

Hi,

Just started using VSS w/Access 2000. Got a Build checked in to VSS. I
want to know the best way to create a release of this build.

I'm a new to VSS with Access, I've used Starteam with Delphi in the past -
Totally differant animal.

Any docs about how to use it best with Access would be helpfull.
