How to create a rule for Auto Reject tasks.

Hi All,

I do not want my team to be able to use the delete feature in the MS Project
web Acess 2007. In case they submit a request to delete the task, I would
like that request to get Auto-Rejected by some rule. I tried to create a rule
by going to Actions->Manage Rule, but over there we can create rule only for
Auto-Accept not for Auto-Reject.

Please help!

Unfortunately, you cannot create a Rule to auto-reject deleted tasks. That
would be very handy and would prevent a lot of heartache! However,
auto-reject isn't available in Project Server 2007. Therefore, you will
need to make this a training and performance issue with all of your team
members and all of your project managers. And your project managers will
need to be extra vigilant about task update types on the Task Updates page,
looking out for Delete Assignment Requests. Hope this helps.
