How to create a rule for moving sent mails

Hi,
in Outlook 2007, when creating a rule for sent messages, you have no
option to MOVE the messages to a different folder, you can only make
Outlook COPY it.
Is there a custom action add-on around which I can download and install
to add this simple rule?

Please note that I cannot deactivate the option to save copies of sent
messages, because the rule I need would be applied only to some
messages, based on other conditions (e.g. containing a certain word in
the subject), all other sent mails must stay in the Sent folder.

And I cannot use some complex macro which I found searching on Google,
which had folder names and other stuff hardcoded in VB, because I need
the rule to be customized by a "normal" user.

Hmmm... maybe I can deactivate the option to keep copies of sent mails
and then create two rules: a first one which copies all sent mails in
the Sent folder, and a second one which copies specific messages to a
different folder... will it work? Any other solutions?

You'll need to use two rules - one to move a message based on conditions,
the second to put everything else in the sent folder. Or use a macro that
pops up a dialog asking the user to pick a location to save each message.

Thanks, that's what I wrote in the last paragraph in my previous post.
And I tried it in the meantime, it works, but it has a side effect: all
sent messages appear as unread (= bold). And once again, Outlook does
not provide an action to mark sent messages as read .
Better than nothing, anyway.

Too cumbersome, the point of my request was to have messages moved
automatically to user-defined folders.

Are incoming messages moved and if so, are you moving the replies to the
same folder? if so, outlook has a setting to save replies with the original.
its in tools, options, email options.

I should ask the person who actually needs this feature, but... I
strongly doubt this would be a good solution, not all sent mails are
replies .

it has the potential to reduce the number of rules and when you use this
method, they are marked read, so its worth enabling if that is what the
rules do.

It is a different solution and I don't know if it works in Outlook 2007 but
in 2003 there's an option to save the sent messages (responses) in the same
folder where the message (responded to) is.
I use it and like it.
So, the rule for incoming messages is enough because it sends the incoming
messages to the right folder and then when I reply the response is kept on
the same folder.
It is in the somewhere in the options for outlook
