How to create a Task-window like window?

I want to manager some visio documents by a dockable window. I think it is a
good idea to use task window. please tell me how to create the task-window
like window, and how to put controls on the window?

there are examples in the visio sdk's on how to create anchor windows.

What I want create is the task window. It seems like CommandBar in the right
side when starting visio. It docks not in document window but system window.

I found there is a TreeView example in SDK, but no code about task window.
Could you give me further help?

the 'task' window is a special case window called an "anchor bar" window,
and is in the module anchor bar usage.
It can be placed wherever you want in the parent window.
