How to create a view?

How can I create a view that shows me:

Project Name
Task Name
Task Deadline
Percent Complete
Resource Name

....for all tasks for all projects?

What I am looking for is something like "View My Tasks" but to view
Everyone's tasks so I can see what everyone is supposed to be working on at
a single point in time such as Today.

When I try to do this with a Project Center view I don't really have the
option to include individual tasks in the view.

I'm using Project Pro & Server 2003.
