How to create a web-based timesheet DB in Access?

Any suggestions (including "out-of-the-box" solutions) can you recommend for
creating a web based time recording tool that is not based on calendar days
(ie based on months/quarters)?

You are not too informative as far as requirements go, however, I know of one
system: Time Tracker, by a company called Ventureforth.

The version I am familiar with is built around .Net and runs on Oracle, but
give them a call and see what they can do for you. www.ventureforth.com.
The program is not listed under product, but there is a press release link
posted under "News".
