How to create add'l pages

I am using the business newsletter template # 76 and I want to add an
additional page to the newsletter and don't know how to do it.
Adding pages is done how???

It is not an MS Publisher template; it is a MS word template- MS Office
MS Word 2003, I believe.
I have MS Pub 2003 version too.
