How to create Alt Tag for an image inserted in Outlook

I am using Outlook 2003, Professional Edition, and Windows XP. I have dragged
an image into the HTML message from Photoshop and tested it by emailing the
message to one of my other accounts. Everything works fine.

Now I want to create an Alt Tag for the image, so users who don't receive
HTML images still see something.

Can anyone help me do this? Thanks!
