how to create an activity cycle diagrams

i have looked on visio 2003 in order to create a activity cycle diagram but
have had no luck, so i tried to create one with the basic shapes that are
required but now cannont create the double sided arrows.
thanks for any help in advance

If you're looking for a curved double-headed arrow, right? You may just
want to use a curved connector, apply a heavy line style to it and arrow
ends. Or building your own, perhaps starting from existing arrow shapes and
then using the drawing tools and shape operations (e.g. union, fragment)
shouldn't be too difficult as long as you don't want any fancy smart
behavior.
