How to create an automatic Org Chart from a SQL Database?

I am trying to create an Org Chart using Visio 2002 Professional using the
wizard from a SQL database. I need to set it up so that everytime it opens,
all new data in the SQL Database is incorporated. There may be new names
added and changes in reporting relationships, and these need to be taken into
account without re-running the wizard. All changes will be made in the SQL
database, and not in the Visio diagram. Can this be done with the software I
have, and if not, can it be done in a different version of Visio?

Unfortunately, there is no way to update an Org Chart created via the
wizard. The wizard will always create a new diagram. This was something we
wanted to add in Visio 2003 but we ran out of time.
