How to create an icon for public calendar on desktop?

Boss would like to "easily" access our Staff Calendar from the Public Folder
thru an icon on his desktop - not sure how do do this - please help! Thanks
to all those who help us rookies!

Make sure you can see both the Public Folder object and your desktop,
then just click and drag the folder to your desktop while holding down
the CTRL key. You have your shortcut.

Unfortunately, you probably won't be able to e-mail it (I think, could
be wrong), but you can put this same shortcut within a shared folder and
then other persons can copy it from the share onto their desktop for
double click action.

(prescription) or Panadol Migraine. :)
