How to create an index page for Visio files?

I have a series of 60 workflow drawings in a multi-tabbed (like in Excel)
Visio file - when I convert to PDF the resulting file is continuous without
tabs - so I'd like to create an automatic Index page / tab at the front of my
Visio file. Is there any way to avoind having to cteate & update this
manually? I'm a Visio newbie, so excuse me if this is too simple!

John Marshall has a couple of vba examples on his site (visio.mvps.org) for
creating an index page. I've used them and (the hyperlink one) they
translate into pdf (I used the internal v2007 pdf addin).
