Graham has pointed you to an article about creating macros; you could also
see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/MacrosVBA/UsingRecorder.htm. But it makes much
more sense, usually, to create a letterhead template (see
http://sbarnhill.mvps.org/WordFAQs/Letterhead.htm) or at least to save your
boilerplate text as an AutoText entry (see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/AutoText.htm), to which you can, if
you like assign a keyboard shortcut (or you can use AutoComplete in Word
2003 and earlier).
