How to create automated POPUPs? I need guideness please

HI,

I have a table, a from, and a query for serviceing our
company's Trucks. I have been asked to have the
application to popup a warning message at certain time to
alarm that x or y truck needs to be serviced. From what I
know, this can be accomplished based on the last mileage
of the truck and/or the last date of the last service. I
might be wrong. I need to know if this is possible at all
and if possible how should I go about it. I'm not that
good in writting codes, I know to some extend but I do
understand codes when I see them and know how to modify
the code to suite my purpose.

Any thoughts/guidness on this will greatly be appreciated.
