How to create columns that wrap from side to side & repeat on nxt

I want to create a booklet with names and addresses that I can insert new
ones in as they come up and will push the following ones down and wrap onto
the next column and then on the next page - continuous flow. Would like to
alphabetize by last name.

You'll need to set up some sort of a database (Access or Excel would be
preferred) and then do a mail merge into a document/publication with the
columns set up.

You'd be better off doing this from a an Excel data source as JoAnn mentions
and use Mail merge - CATALOGUE in Word. Then you can set your columns any way
you want, and just re-run the merge whenever to refresh.

Unless you know Access, in which case, hey - one stop shopping.
