how to create email scheduling

i want to create a form that should automatically email
the attachments specified by me to a particular email id
how to do this. pl give step by step guidance

You mean automatically email the attachments at a certain time? A form by
itself can't do this. Maybe you can tell us more about what you have in
mind.
