How to create forms?

I have not yet been able to create a form in word. I would like to create a
form in which users could either complete in Word or print out and handwrite
it. I wanted to include a pull down menu of responses from which they could
choose. I was hoping there was a helpful reference somwehere that someone
could maybe help me.

What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." These can be
written to be filled out by hand as well as on the computer. Check this in
