how to create "Lists" tab from the left pane of PWA

I have created a document library in PWA page .
In the left pane there is new document library under the Lists title with
the name of EPM Support.
but after 5 minutes i have deleted this one . but Lists title is still there.
how can i delete this "Lists" .

Have you tried removing this from the Quick Launch menu directly? From the
Look and Feel section of the Server Settings page?

What happens when you click on the link. Does it take you to the list or
library or does it error out? If it does take you somewhere, go to
Settings>List Settings>Title, Description & Navigation and remove it from
the quick launch.

If it errors out, go to Site Actions>Site Settings>Quick Launch and delete
it from there.
