How to create macro to change style of defined text

I have a large document and I need to have defined text in the same style.

E.g.

Now is the text with style Normal not same.
Some text is bold, with underline, bullet, but still marked as style Normal.

I need now to change Normal, not bold text with bullet to change in other
style - in list with bullets.
How to make it?
Manually is it impossible. Thanks
