How to create my own dockable window

Is it possible to create a custom dockable window in
Visio? One that behaves like the Shapes window or
Customer Properties Window? I'd like to be able to create
a form and then "add" it to Visio somehow that it behaves
like one of Visio's dockable windows. I'm using Visio
2002. Thanks!
